In recent months I have been blessed by many things. I have a beautiful baby girl. I have a loving wife. I have the best “job” in the world! Aside from the daily blessings that God continues to send my way, one thing that has blessed my life recently is the opportunity to read blogs from fellow preachers/close friends. I do not consider myself much of a writer, nor do I profess to be very thoughtful. However, as I read Luke 9:23- “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily and follow me”  I struggle with digging deep inside me to truly “carry my cross” daily. As I read the inspiring, insightful, beautiful blogs of those who encourage me, my hope, my prayer is that I might in some way help someone else carry their cross.
